All told, 730 individuals and organizations subscribed to The Gleaner. Their names appeared at the end of Volume III of The Gleaner. The fancier version of the three volumes of The Gleaner featured marbled end papers, leather binding, and gold leaf trim. These cost $3.50 for subscribers and $4.00 for nonsubscribers. A simpler version, without the gold leaf and with a lesser quality leather binding cost $3.00 for subscribers and $3.50 for nonsubscribers. Judith's printing bill from Thomas and Andrews of Boston amounted to $1,712.60.
